Common questions.

• How do I answer a plan? When your crew pings you, tap I'M IN or I'M OUT right on the lock-screen card or notification — the app doesn't even need to open. Silence past the deadline counts as out.
• How do I join a crew? Open the invite link on your iPhone; it opens PINGD and lets you join. No account, no password.
• How do I leave or delete my data? Leaving a single crew erases your member record, push tokens, and answers in that crew. To remove everything, open the You screen and tap delete my account — that permanently deletes your data across every crew, your profile, device identity, and Premium link. See our privacy policy.
• How do I report something? Use the report option in the app, or email us at the address above. We review reports within 24 hours.
